Year 10
Law of Conservation of Energy
Overview

Ever seen a Rube Goldberg machine? Watch the energy reducing as it transfers and transforms.
In this unit students explore the conservation of energy. Students will use real-time solar energy data to develop their understanding of energy transformations. Students will conduct investigations and draw conclusions using this knowledge. Links will be made to current energy usage and consequences of this in the world.
